Hello! I'm attempting my first iPhone to Typepad update. So far so good! I'm so happy to finally have an iPhone! I knew if I waited long enough Verizon would finally get it! I've had an iPod touch for years and love it so glad to have that in a phone form! ( not to mention carrying a cell phone and iPod touch everywhere was getting old!) (read on for how to!)
So, I don't have a case yet and needed something to protect my new phone. I started to store it in one of those cheap gloves you can get at Target for $1.50 for two pairs. They are pretty useless in the cold weather but make a great make-shift iPhone case.
So I wondered how it would look if the fingers were gone... then the idea to make it into an iPod case came to mind.
Turn right side out again and then cut a piece if felt and stitch it to one side as the back. I cut a small plus sign looking slit for the button to go through.
Put piece of flap over so you know where to put the button and stitch that on and that's it! Took about 15-20 minutes to complete!
Enjoy!
