I caught this weekends Saturday Night Live with music guest star Nicki Minaj. The dress she wore for her performance of "Right Through Me"
I'm trying to figure out what it looks like to me. It almost resembles doll hair or a corn husk doll. Either way I love it! Totally caught my eye! What do you think? Took video screen shots here as I couldn't find photos anywhere.
I love movies. If I could spend all day watching them I probably would. I love how they can transform you into another world for an hour or two. Some people get that with books (and I do, occasionally) but something about movies.. it combines my favorite things. Photography and music...
This weekend hosted only a couple of movies.
I rented The Virgin Suicides. I remember watching parts of it about 10 years ago because I loved Josh Hartnett (shush) and I never got to finish the film. I've been listening to music from the movie (Air) and felt really inspired to watch it. I rented it off iTunes with some left over gift card money and watched it on my laptop as my husband had no desire to watch it. Beautifully filmed movie I'm considering buying it for my collection. A good movie weekend... I'd like to see Marie Antoinette next weekend. And maybe some old favorites. We'll see how it goes.
