I can't lie, I love hotels! I am a total hotel snob thanks to my husband (who would always find the nicest hotel to stay at). I notice I try to emulate a lot of their clean crisp style in my own home... with a touch of our personality of course. Below are a handful of some of our favorite hotels, and my favorite styles from east to west, north to south these hotels are definitely places we will return!
The Lofts in Columbus, Ohio http://www.55lofts.com/

I still adore this bathroom! The room we stayed in differed... but I believe every room there had a similar decor style but different and were all charming. I remember the brick walls, the bedding, the bathroom! Lovely and lofty. I highly recommend staying there while in Columbus Ohio.
Hyatt Place in Atlanta Georgia

I remember being blown away by how nice everything looked in this hotel! In fact, if my home looked like this place I probably wouldn't be too unhappy about it! I'd make a few changes here or there but over-all this was a gorgeous hotel. I love the full mirrors over the sink, the headboard style (with the attached night stands). The screen separating the room. Beautiful.
Springhill Suites in Cincinnati Ohio

Okay, I wasn't expecting much from a place called "Springhill Suites". Sounded like a run of the mill mid-price hotel. I was definitely surprised to see it had such a fun, tropical cool feel to it. The room was cute, separated with a half wall. I loved the bedding. There was a vertical strip of material (finished) going down the middle. What a clever idea for bedding. An inexpensive way to change the look of your room without doing much else. And look at their lobby! The sheer aqua curtains flowing down, gorgeous!
Hotel Blake Chicago Illinois
Okay, I just fell in love with the headboard and nightstand combo at this hotel! Maybe not the red so much but if I did a DIY of this... endless possibilities! I'm pretty sure this was a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was gorgeous, too, however I can't find a photo that does it justice.
And lastly...
Embassy Suites Portland, Maine
This was one of the hotels we stayed at during our honeymoon. We loved it! The bed was amazingly comfortable, the amenities were abundant, the couch in the second room was super cute, nice big tv. Very relaxing... not to mention the happy hour free drinks and appetizers!

So many pillows!
